Can You Cancel Through a Provider?
Some streaming and cable TV providers allow customers to get HBO Max via their service. Some of these providers include, but are not limited to, YouTube TV, Roku, Apple iTunes, AT&T, and DirecTV. In order to cancel your HBO Max subscription through those other providers, you will have to sign in to that particular account and manage your subscription there or contact your provider’s Help Center.
Can You Cancel a HBO Max Free Trial?
If the Free Trial promotion was still around, you would cancel it the same way as you would a regular subscription. However, the Free Trial from HBO has since been discontinued and is no longer offered. It is possible the promotion could come back. Plus, other platforms still do offer free trials like the aforementioned YouTube TV.
