Twitter puts a few technical limitations on videos you can share:
Videos must be in the MP4 video format (or MOV for mobile).Videos must be under 2 minutes and 20 seconds in length. Videos must be under 512 MB in size with a bitrate of 25 Mbps or lower.Videos must be between 32 x 32 and 1920 x 1200 resolution. The aspect ratio (the ratio of the video width to height) must be 2.39:1 or less.The maximum frame rate is 40 FPS.
